Used a Zaiqa Foods® brown colored batch made approximately 2 hours ago. (henna, lemon juice, eucalyptus oil)

02/21/2001, 11ish pm, began application with plastic cone. Allowed to dry and sprayed with lemon juice/sugar mixture. The use of a small spray bottle was *really* nice, the lemon juice mixture went on evenly and fine...total saturation without running. After drying over candle, it was misted again and dried again. The applied-1 photo was taken, and the design was painted with liquid latex. All done by 12:30; subject took shower about 30mins later, placing a paper towel over design and wearing a plastic glove which was taped and rubber-banded tightly to prevent water entry. Subject reported after shower that the henna seemed to be pushing the latex off of her hand...my current theory is that her hand perspired during shower due to heat and that was coming up under the latex. However, the latex stayed on and subject went to bed.

02/22/2001, 8:30ish am, latex was removed. Subject reported that it looked like it smeared quite a bit.
